Great, thanks...just making sure because I saw this delicious calzone made with ricotta and broccoli, it looked so tasty and I want to get it for lunch.

Usually most are. U should check on the labeling of the product that is being used. My bf owns his pizzeria, and he checks everything on the packages b4 I eat... The one thing that I'm curious about is buffalo mozzarella....

if you get it in your localsupermarket it is. but i always chwck the labels anyway. most ricotta used in the states is though. happy calazones!!!
