Annoyed with myself today
I have been really great about getting up in the morning and going to the gym and this morning I just couldn't do it. I'll go after work, but I prefer to go in the morning.
so annoyed with mysefl!

Be good to yourself. Let yourself not get up once in a while when it doesnt want to...this way you won't resent going to the gym and waking up early.
Good for you...you are so dedicated and you are taking care of yourself.

Thanks, guys. I actually made it last night and had an awesome run, so I feel much better about it. And I was back on track this morning!
