Red onion
EVOO, red wine vinegar salt & pepper
Or lemon juice & Evoo & salt & pepper
Or Sazon dressing mix, oil & vinegar
Looks like this (but in a yellow box)
ETA: I'll dice it up in salad, add bacon,grilled chix
I put it on sandwiches

I always make a quick and easy avocado salad
2 avocados diced
fresh cilantro chopped
grape tomatos halved
green onion (with the green stalk) chopped and diced
a little bit of fresh lime
salt to taste
olive oil
