FSBO & RE Agent Questions

Back to the drawing board....

FSBO - can we do this in addition to having a real estate agent? If anyone has done this, what worked for you? Where/how did you advertise?

RE Agent - can you have more than one? As in - two different agents from two different places working for you?

i think there is a way to stipulate in your contract with the agent that you can attempt to sell yourself...

But i have never heard of more than one listing agent..

Re: FSBO & RE Agent Questions

Be sure to read you contract with your current agent very carefully. There is usually something in it that says if you take the property off the market before the contract is up and then sell on your own or through another agent you still have to pay the original agent something. Obv. not the exact wording but I hope you understood what I said. I wouldn't want you to get stuck.
