Pot Roast (had this on Sunday with egg noodles...yum!)
Salisbury Steak
something with a yummy gravy to mix with the noodles!

DH makes them with Dinty Moore beef stew, and my mom makes them with pot roast.

I just made wide egg noodles w/beef stew.....I mixed in a Dallop of sour cream for added flavor...yummmm
I also use the thin noodles to jazz up white rice....I break them up,brown w/butter then add w/rice.....it's sort of like homemade rice-a-roni....DH loves it..

i use them to make chicken noodle soup... i also use them with salisbury steak... just make some burgers with ground beef,cook them in a frying pan. when they're almost done, add a can of beef grave on top until it heats through. serve it all over egg noodles. comes out like a beef stroganoff. and very easy

anyone else in love with the good ol' mushroom cream soup casserole with ham? I updated it a bit... sautee an onion and mushrooms in butter, add diced sliced ham. Then add flour and pour in milk & cream. Let simmer until it's a very thick sauce. toss cooked noodles, transfer to a casserole dish, and sprinkle with breadcrumbs, butter, and cheddar cheese, and bake at 350 for about a 1/2 hour.
