That's a good question. I actually had two of these bad boys this week.
I suppose it depends on how many ounces were in the package.
A package of 2 for me was .5 lb so I said 4 ounces of flank steak, raw which is 5 pts. I then added 3 pts for the cheese for good measure for a total of 8 pts. Total guess!!!!!!!

that's what i did... mine were very small.
