I am curious when you go for your first dr. appt?
For me it's when I am 8 weeks. I see a lot of women here go for blood tests, is it because of prior problems or do some dr's see you earlier than 8 weeks?

My first appt was when I was 5 1/2 weeks. Each dr's office has a different policy as to when they see their newly pg patients. I didn't have any blood tests.

I was originally scheduled for 5 weeks 3 days. Since DH couldn't have attended, I sswitched appointed for 2 weeks later. So I will be 7 weeks 3 days instead.
My Dr. was OK with seeing me that early, just because there was an opening I guess.

My midwife saw me right after I got my BFP to do bloodwork. I was only 4w. Every doctor is different.

I was 7 weeks, and they did my forst sono at my first visit to date the pregnancy and make sure how far along I was

My first sono will be at 7 weeks and I've had my blood taken since 4 weeks.
I had a miscarriage with my last pregnancy otherwise I would not see the doctor until the standard 8 week visit.

I went wednesday at 5weeks and 6days, she took blood we sat and talked i got weighed and premnatals I will have the first sono in 2 more weeks

I called my doctor after my BFP and told her I may be pg. She asked me to come in so she could confirm it which she did. She also did an internal sono that night, I was only 4 weeks.
Every doctor is different of course but most of them won't see you until your at least 8-10 weeks.
