Please help
According to my LMP on Sept. 4th I should have been 8 weeks 1 day yesterday.. Well I went to the Dr. yesterday for a sono she saw a healthy sac and a healthy HB but I am only measuring 6 weeks 1 day. ( 2 weeks behind) this is making me a little nervous... I know I did not miscalculate my dates and I got my very faint BFP Oct 5.. My HCG levels were:
Oct 8: 71 Oct 11: 250 Oct 17: 5000
Going back next week for another sono
TIA

Re: Please help
If everything looks healthy I wouldn't worry too much. Plus your HCG levels are doing exactly what they should be. Try to relax and take care of yourself. Congratulations on your pregnancy!

Maybe you conceived late in your cycle.

2 weeks later?
My sister thought she was a week and a half ahead of what the doctor told her at her first appointment. Turns out she O'd much later than she thought

Re: Please help
Sorry you have to worry about this Were you using OPKs? It's def. possible you O'd later if you're not certain of your O date. My friend wasn't getting pg b/c she was BD mid-cycle. She used OPKs one month and turns out she didn't O til CD28.

Re: Please help
Maybe she was measuring the baby's growth vs. your gestation- don't they differ by a week? That would make a 1 week difference in your O date more reasonable- especially if you have a long cycle.

Re: Please help
This happened to me with this pregnancy. They kept asking me if my dates were off. I knew for a fact when lmp was and we went away for a weekend so I know when we did the bd. So after a few blood tests, and sonos I finally was good to go by 9 weeks. The baby caught up, and I was measuring corectly. So try not to get yourself crazy, and good luck.

Re: Please help
at my first sono (7 weeks), I measured a week behind. I know exactly when I conceived though, so I know my dates are right. They are using the sono dates though since its a full week off, but they're not worried at all.
We'll see at the next one in a few weeks what the baby is measuring, and adjust the dates then if necessary.
Its frustrating (being held back a week) but I'm not worried.

Re: Please help
I always measured 2 weeks behind, are they doing a repeat sono to verify, they did a repeat sono 7 days later and kept my due date, I measured 2 weeks behind the entire pregnancy with no complications, my daughter was just born smaller 5.14 but I am small so they said no problem.
