injury on property
If someone gets hurt (due to their own negligence) and then can't pay their medical bills, what happens?
Can they sue for our house? our salaries?
I can't elaborate too much, but if anyone knows anything for a fact, I'd appreciate the input!
THANKS!

Re: injury on property
From what I understand they can not touch your primary residence. Do you have homeowners ins., they should pay.

Re: injury on property
If they fell on your property your homeowners shoud pick up the medical bills. If you do not have homeowners ins they can come after you personally.
If they can say something on your property caused them to fall they have a case against you. I would take pictures of the area of the fall just to have for future reference just in case they decide to pursue a claim against you.
