Roast Beef
How long do I cook a roast beef for and on what temperture? (Can you tell I'm a gourmet cook?  ) It's 4.75lbs.

A boneless top round will take 28-30 minutes per pound for rare, 30-33 for medium rare, 34-38 for medium, and 40-45 for well done at 300 degrees.
