ok... help!!
so i have soooo much chocolate in my house from halloween.. and i'm CRAVING it!!!! i've had incredible will power so far.. how can i continue this!

I find it best to have one piece of something I really want and then either having my husband hide it from me or I just throw it away. I normally bring left over sweets into work.
