Totally and completely agreed. Once I actually get into the swing of the week, it's fine. But try telling that to me on a Sunday night when I'm inconsolable! 
I've actually started doing my planning RIGHT after school on Friday, so that I don't even have to think about it on Sunday.

I am trying to do this as well.... it makes things a little easier to swallow!
