I can't imagine you can do this over the phone as you need a boarding pass...
With the wireless phone, it allows you to print your boarding pass from the kiosk at ther terminal
help info from southwest site
Beginning 24 hours prior to scheduled departure, Customers with eligible reservations may check in online and print a boarding pass at southwest.com. Boarding passes are also available at a Southwest Airlines Skycap Podium, Ticket Counter, or E-Ticket Check-In kiosk

Actually if you don't have a computer, you can have someone you know that does have a computer check in online for you. Then you will get your boarding group and number and you can either print a boarding pass when you can get to a computer or they will print if for you when you get to the airport.
I would advise you to have a friend do the check in so you get a good boarding group and number. If not, you will most likely get the last boarding group when you get to the airport.

Thanks! Hopefully it will work on Thursday morning when I need to check in. It was giving me problems yesterday and today and I was using the computer at work that is perfectly fine.

I just flew Southwest this weekend, and on my boarding pass, it said something about how if you weren't checked in at least 20 minutes (I think) prior to boarding, you could lose your seat. If you can't check in online before you get to the airport, I'd get there super early just to be safe. (You can't check in online any earlier than 24 hours before your flight anyway.)
