baked apples
A friend gave me this recipe- SOO yummy!!
Roma or other big apple- cut a whole in top of apple and remove pits- make sure you leave the bottom on. Put in 1 TB cinn. and 1 TB splend... fill the rest with fresh cranberries. Wrap in tin foil and bake at 350 for about 45 minutes or until apple is soft. Make sure you put a tray underneath the apples, beacuse they sometimes drip...
These came out SOO yummy and reheat well too- the entire apple turns to mush with the cranberries- YUMMY!
