WW....6 weeks or so
down. really learning how to eat. doing points. lost 4 pounds the first week and i haven't been on the scale since!!!!! anyone avoiding it like me? my husband says i feel skinnier when he hugs me. my clothes are definitely looser. im sure that i went down but if i expect more than actual ill SO disappointed. for now. i walk right by it.....kind of empowering really. i may not go on til xmas! (before the holiday binge of course) good luck all

i only weigh myself when i go to my weekly ww meeting. i stay away from the scale otherwise.
i keep it hidden under the bed in our guestroom so it is out of sight.
