Not that I've used it, but I definately think Weight Watchers is very popular. It allows you to eat what you want still and it's known to be successful.

I've been doiing Body for Life through ediets.com and that seems to be working for me.... although i've done WW a LOT of times too!

I think WW is probably the most popular, but the only thing that's ever worked for me is Body for Life.

I love WW, it gives you the opportunity to eat what you want sometimes and just be careful afterwards.

i've only ever used ww but it seems to work for me b/c you can eat everything, just not all the time. i couldn't do a diet that made me cut out entire categories of food...

Body for Lifer here too. I lost 25 pounds my first time around. Second time around now and I've lost 5 pounds already.

I use a diet called the "Two-Day Diet" that came out in '88. My mom got a copy of it from Red Book back then. Whenever my weight gets out of hand, this gets me back on track.
I put on the newlywed "9." I went on the diet a few weeks ago. I only have 2 more pounds to loose to be back at wedding day weight.
