For those of you who found out what you are having...
...did you find out with a sonogram? I've heard that those can be wrong. Do you think they are pretty accurate or not really?

I have three children and each time they told me the sex they were right. My first two were boys and my third a girl. Although they got really good shots of all of them. I guess it all depends on how cooperative your little one is during the sono. Both boys were right out there for the world to see and my daughter was obvious to. So I guess it depends.

Ours was right as well. At all 3 ultrasounds they said girl and sure enough she came out a girl.
I would venture to say that the percent of times they are correct is much higher than the percent of times they are wrong.
If its done at the right time in pregnancy and the tech can see clearly I would feel pretty safe with what they say.

I also found out from a sono at 14 weeks. I had a feeling it was a boy from the get go, even though everyone kept saying girl. I would say 9 times outta 10 the sono is correct!

Usually at the 20 week sono they should be able to tell. It depends on how cooperative the baby is. They may want to remain a surprise and not show you anything.

I had two sonograms at 20 and 28 weeks and both said I was having a boy. In one pic there was no mistaking it.
My cousin is an ultasound tech. She did an ultrasound on herself at 13 or 14 weeks and found out she was having a boy.

Although we did not find out the sex of our baby...I'm pretty sure ultrasounds are very accurate...I've only heard one story where it was wrong...and honestly, I'm not quite sure I even believe the story!!!

I went for my level II and they said I'm having a girl. The tech said she was 99.9% sure.

We found out at our level II and tech said she was 90% sure it was a girl. I have a 4D sheduled in Dec just to be safe :)

we had a sono at 15 weeks and the tech said Princess....then we confirmed at 20 weeks that it's a girl. and then I had a quick sono at 30 weeks and we RECONFIRMED it was a girl.

Normally its the 20 week sono to get a good peek at the sex, but since i work with sono techs on a daily basis, they were able to scan me at 14 weeks and there was Mr. Winky plain as day. It really depends....

CheeChee: I believe you. Most of the time they can tell you around 20 weeks. Your boy just wanted everyone to know ahead of time. It all depends on their position. Yours obviously isn't bashful.
