k girls, how the heck do you...

take down that side rail on a crib- im figuring they are all just about the same....i dont have the instructions to my crib!!! and im interested in taking off the rail and having hannah do the whole "day bed/toddler bed thing soon.....its like a normal spring side- pull it down, push your leg into the bottom, and it goes down....

i think i have a crib called the LANA from buy buy baby....

I have no idea. I can ask Dan because our drop down side on the crib broke last summer and he took it off to fix it....

If you have the paperwork, call the company. We needed to order a kit from the company in order to make the crib into a toddler bed.

Ooops, just saw you don't have the ppwk, call Buy, Buy baby, maybe they can get the number for you.

I think most of the conversion cribs are the same. All you have to do is put the crib on its "back" (if you're standing right in front of the drop down side, the side farthest from you is the back.) Then just slide the rail down and remove any hardware that holds it on the tracks. Our crib came with the toddler bed rail and it attached with the same hardware that the drop rail was on with.
