I think I've turned a corner!
I'm in my 7th week of Body for Life and while it was working, I was getting slightly discouraged that I wasn't seeing the same results as last time I did it (to be fair, the last time I did it, I was super strict diet wise - and it was much easier because I wasn't living with a BOY!   )
Well, today, even after having faux Thanksgiving on Saturday and a second day of a big meal, I'm feeling like it's really transformed my body once again!!!! Just a few more weeks to go!
