OK I give up
3 rounds of interviews, backround check and follow-up phone calls to the recruiter and still no word on this job. I first interviewed on 10/16. I think it is time to move on, anyone want to hire me?

I wouldn't give up yet
I got a call on June 15th about my current job, first interview July 20th and started Sept 2
you have to take into account thanksgiving and people being away
hang in there! when was the last interview?

last interview was end of October, but I was told the employee would be staying until after their audit which I believe was last week
