Is AF here? - Update
This process has me so confused. I am on my first month with Clomid. On CD 18 i had trigger shot. I went in for IUI on CD19 which I figured put my O at CD20. Here it is CD28 and I was bloated and crampy all day today and now I just wiped and it kinda "brown." Is the timeframe right? I thought my LP would be longer. . .Does this mean that AF is here? Help
Update:
Yup.....she's here. I'll call the RE when I get to work Hope they can "fix" me.
Called RE...have appointment tomorrow morning. They were so nice to "fit" me into the first appointment

Re: Is AF here?
I had the same thing happen to me last week. 8 days after my trigger, I noticed pink when I wiped in the morning, and the bleeding just got worse all day. My that night I had full AF. My progesterone was too low, so my lining shed early. I hope this isn't the case for you! Stay away AF!!
ETA: You should call your RE in the morning and go to get your progesterone tested ASAP

Re: Is AF here?
If your progesterone is low - it could be AF. If your progesterone is okay - it could be implantation bleeding.

Re: Is AF here?
? How do I know...is this something I should call RE about in the morning and get in there for bloodwork? Quite honestly RE didnt tell me what my next step was...I was hoping that I'd get a BFP and I wouldnt have to give them another $30 co-pay...ever...again...
Another thing now that I'm in a tizy here...after the IUI shouldnt there be another visit with RE for bloodwork....for some sort of monitoring? If my progesterone is low who would know if they dont draw anymore blood after the IUI? I feel like I'm out of the loop

Re: Is AF here?
You could try...some RE's will accomodate you and other's may not. The only way to know what your progesterone level is for sure is to have bloodwork done. Or you can wait a few days and take an HPT if AF doesn't show...if she shows, you know you have a progesterone problem.

i dont know if this is how all drs do it, but mine gives you a progesteron test 5-7 days after you trigger/ovulate on your own. i needed it for 2 months this month they told me my levels were fine. ask about that

Re: Is AF here? - Update
I'm so sorry! It really stinks. Definitely go in today for the progesterone test though.

Jules and I go to the same RE and I never had progesterone tests. They went by the length of my LP, since it was long enough they said I had high enough progesterone.
how long is you LP normally?

That makes me because my LP was always 12+ days and my progesterone was always low..I think everyone who is going to an RE shoudl have at least 1 7dpo progesterone test

I agree with melijane. My LP is 12 days and this past cycle my progesterone was low. I would have it checked.

Re: Is AF here? - Update
I'm pretty sure if your LP is less than 14 days, you should have your progesterone checked 5-7 days after ovulation. Anything less than 14 days is a sign of low progesterone.
