SUBS that are mommies

just curious, what's your childcare situation.

do you have blocked out days where you work, or do you "work as you can"..

Ive been sporadically working when I have babysitting coverage(family members) but im considering just having like 2 set days to work and putting him in daycare.

what are other moms doing? I hate the inconsistency and lack of a schedule

hi anna!
after I had dd I went back 2 days a week and had her in daycare....then I got a leave replacement when she was 7 mos old (a month after I went back!) and she wound up going f/t...this yr, I am back f/t again so she is in daycare fulltime - but I found getting on the list in a few districts helped to make sure I always had work, esp. since I was paying someone to watch her!
