cooking with a wok?
I was going to get BIL a wok as part of his birthday gift (he's really gotten into cooking and loves asian food) but DH said he's heard it's hard to cook in them. Is this true? Thanks! Cathy

Re: cooking with a wok?
Nope, I absolutely love my wok. It is easy to use and easy to clean. I believe mine is stainless steel and goes right on the stove top.

We have an electric wok --- non-stick. It is just a pain to store because it is kind HUGE.... But it's fine to cook in --
