i don't have a pic yet but it'll be mounted on the wall - we bought the bracket a few weeks ago.
Not having any special furniture for it.

I'll try to get a pic later. DH had the electrician run all the wires behind the wall and add an outlet behind the tv, and the TV is mounted on the wall. It's very nice - you can't see any of the wires. 
ETA - looks a lot like the pic above except our boxes aren't right under the tv. They are hidden away in the corner (currently looking for a new cabinet for them).

Thanks - we got it a couple years ago at Raymour & Flanigan. I just checked their website and they still carry it - It's the Soho 4 pc entertainment center.
