My Update
Well last Tuesday my RH started me on 100mg of Clomid along with 50mg of DHEA and baby asprin. Saturday I went for my follow up. The sonogram showed 3 follicles - 2 on the left and 1 on the right. I went back today for another follow up and my blood test from Saturday showed that I wasn't progressing as well as he thought, so he took more blood today. He did another sonogram and showed a few more follicles, but on the left ovary, he said that he saw a cyst. Like one side of the left ovary had a cyst and the other side had follicles. I have to go back Thursday for the trigger and then Friday incemination.

UPDATE:
I went to the RE yesterday and my blood work came back in good shape, my levels were high. He did another sonogram and everything looked good, but he wanted to give me one more day to see if the follicles progress anymore before giving me the trigger. I went back today and the blood test from yesterday plateau compared to the previous one, but he said that its still good. So they triggered me today and tomorrow IUI.
I really hope this works. Has anyone gotten pregnant on the first IUI with Clomid?

Thanks for all the well wishes. I really do appreciate it.
Can someone explain the IUI procedure? Will I be able to go to work right after? DH is going with me because I was worried about getting his sample to the RE in time.

Yes, you will be able to go work after. Depending on how long it takes them to wash the sample and how many IUIs are scheduled, you should figure about 2 hours for the whole thing from drop-off until you leave. The procedure itself is simple, they insert the speculum, thread the catheter through your cervix and in it goes. They have you lay there for about 15 minutes afterwards. I had a very slight cramp when they inserted the catheter but other than that no pain at all and I was fine afterwards. Good luck!
