after going off the pill...
Did your PMS symptoms skyrocket? I've always been pretty bitchy before getting AF, but I seem to have hit a new high. I have been an ultra-***** all week and I just can't help it. It's my first month off the pill, and according to my old schedule, AF should arrive on Saturday. I've also been mildly crampy, which I never am before I actually get AF. Did anyone else experience this?

Yes! I have been so moody DH even said "this is obvously not the month since you have PMS so bad!" Let me tell you, that comment didn't make me any nicer to him  I was supposed to get AF on Monday so my cycle is a little off too. I too have been a little crampy since Saturday. Not sure if this si the way it's going to be though since it is my first month (cycle) off the pill (stopped my pill when I got AF last month).

The only thing that got worse once I got off the pill was my cramps. Since I got off the pill, there are some days that I can't get off the couch--the pain is that bad.

I hope my cramps don't get that bad, I used to have terrible cramps before I was on the pill. I may have to go to the DR. for some pain killers if I go back to pre-pill cramps.

I hear ya with the overly bit**iness. I've been a lunatic, mostly to DH. He said "I thought PMS wasn't till next week" and I told him "just another joy of going off the pill, along with sweating, headaches and killer cramps". and then I said to him "just hug me" :)
I hope I regulate soon becasue this is going to make DH want to sleep alone.

OMG... I definitely had increased PMS. In fact, I got AF on CD 32...I was literally crying to DH because I wasnt PG and I didnt have AF and that there was something wrong.
Long story short, AF came the next morning after my crying episode 
My cramps did not get any worse, but I never really had bad cramps before I went on the pill either.
