This is starting to be more then I know how to handle.
I dont even know what to say to the RE next visit. I feel like they wont have the time to dicuss with me in detail anything, and I dont even know what approach I want to take. Its only been 3 months of IUI....so I know I should give it more time, but Im just scared. The thought Of IVF freaks me out because we cant afford it at all, and we have no coverage, but I dont know when to stop the IUI's?
I guess I just have no patience. I know I should increase the femara and then move on to injectables, but I wish I could be more agressive NOW and I feel like none of my dr's, my OB, my RE, they dont listen. And when you try to speak up, they dismiss you. Why do Dr's do that???
anyway, looks like IUI #4 after Thanksgiving...

Donna, I am so sorry. I think you will be very happy with the 5mg of femara...you will hopefully produce multiple follies and may not need to move on to injectibles.
Perhaps switching RE clinics, to get another perspective and more personalization may be the trick.
Once again I am very sorry about AF :( I hope this is the last of her !

I am so sorry TBAF showed up again. YOu have been through so much in your life, you will get through this too.
But I agree if this was any other doctor and I felt they were not listening to me.... I would change doctors. I am about to do this myself, and I am just hoping that it is not like this everywhere.

Im so sorry...I know it is a rollercoaster.
If you dont feel comforatbel with the doctors, then try someone else.
I LOVE my RE, he called me and left his cell phone # when he found out I had the m/c, and told him to call him anytime.

I couldnt even talk to anyone today at work. I was so miserable, I just sat there, and yet it helped. Im ok now, and moving on.
Trying to focus on other things in life to improve , work on to take my mind off what I CANT control.

your too funny DEB...and you know I appreciate your friendship and listening to me like only someone with IF could, and EVERYONES caring thoughts are what get me through each month, and each failed insemination...
Im feeling hopeful still, I am focusing a lot of things in my life I can change and control and it feels great!
