MIni-Vent----Nobody ever comes out here!!!!!!!
Well, with the exception of my mom, dad, and brothers, Nobody ever comes out here to Rhode Island...
Everyone always says, we have to get together, we are meaning to come visit you...
Dh's family....his parents have not been to RI in about 5 years...he also has 2 sisters and 2 brothers, Nobody has been out here...and its easy enough to take the train, we would let them stay here..etc...
UUgh...was just thinking about that...because I am home, bored for the weeknd since DH will be working all weekend long..I just thinkit would be nice to have some company

I understand.
My mom's friends daughter is getting married and her shower is next month. I invited her to my shower and wedding and I did not get invited to shower and I dont know about the wedding
out of site out of mind 
my family is 1200 miles away and the last time I saw anyone was our wedding in September.
I completely understand

Same here! DH and I were actually talking about this, this morning. And someday when I'm PG, I told him I don't want a baby shower....because I will be disappointed that nobody will come here to NJ. For my bridal shower I went to LI and I'm tired of accomdating everyone and going to LI for everything and nobody wants to come here.
