i ran into walmart yesterday (NEW YEAR'S EVE) to quickly pick something up.
THEY ALREADY HAD VALENTINE'S DAY STUFF OUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

can be too mad about it, someone was just asking for V day stuff on this board the other day so there is obviously a demand for it.

don't get me wrong, i understand that there are many who like to think ahead. i'm one of those, too.
i just don't always like seeing it "forced" on me when i'm out and about.

The Target by my apartment had Valentine day stuff out with Thanksgiving and Christmas. Nothing like rushing the hoildays along.

I just skip seasonal aisles when I go shopping now -- they are always 6-8 weeks ahead of where I am.

I was just in Home Goods in RVC - they had Valentine's Day, St. Patrick's Day and Easter stuff out!
While I do agree that everyone seems to be rushing things so much this year, it's nice to have a little taste of spring in the stores...
