You can't use them online yourself.
But if you go into the store, they can place the order online for you and use the coupon!

And they'll wave the shipping fee (at least they did for me).

Its their policy to waive shipping for orders placed in the store.

Its their policy to waive shipping for orders placed in the store.
They will only waive the shipping if it's an item that they normally carry in the store and are just out of stock.
