WW sweets spin...

I don't know how many of you have/read the new booklet where it suggests using an english muffin and jelly for a donut substitution, but I found another yummy sweet sub...Pepperidge Farm Breakfast Bread (apple is the only I've tried) and some cream cheese...hits the spot, but seems better than something "bad" I'm having it now with some tea and it seems a reasonable snack (2 pts.)

Thanks for this suggestion!
I have never seen these breads.

I did read the donut substitution thing though..Ive done that several times...not bad!!!
It satisfies my need for 'sweet' (and for me, that need is pretty big! Chat Icon )

The english muffin one was in the new WW book...this breakfast bread thing was a fluke, and I know what you mean about the sweets need...

Tonight I took a jello pudding (1), sliced small banana (1.5) 2T graham cracker crumbs (1)
Tasted like banana cream pie. Yum!
I used vanilla pudding, chocolate would probably be good too.

Re: WW sweets spin...

These are not in the book, but I am a sweets maniac, so these are some things Ive been using:

*100 calorie Entemanns
*100 calorie English Muffin w jam
*Mrs. Freshley's Snack Cakes
*VitaMuffin Muffin Tops

These things all have 1-2 points.
