VERY congested.... what to do?
Is there anything I can take? I'm in my 3rd trimester. I did the humidifier thing last night which worked a little bit. I am desperate!

My dr said it was OK to take sudafed. I would call yours to check.

You can also wear the "breathright" strips that go on your nose at night. They really do help and they don't involve putting any chemicals into your body.
