What kind of breadcrumbs do you use?
I like the flavored ones. DH insists on buying just plain breadcrumbs from the italian store and adding stuff himself. i dont like the way the cutlets come out with them. What do you prefer?

Depends on what I am making. I usually have a few different types of them in the house. I have Panko, plain bread crumbs, Italian, corn flake and sometimes I make my own using ritz honey butter crackers.

Only Progresso Italian and I usually just add some extra grated cheese.

Usually Italian breadcrumbs, like Progresso or 4-C. I also use Panko breadcrumbs in a lot of recipes.

Panko is my favorite but I've used regular, italian seasoned, regular seasoned, corn flake, almond crusted..etc..
