Anybody know...
How much it costs to do the IUI. I just found out last night when I was looking through my insurance book that they do not cover it.

You might want to check to see if your insurance covers any of the monitoring and meds. Monitoring and blood work can really increase the cost. My insurance doesn't cover any monitoring or the IUI and a clomid/IUI cycle cost me about $1,000/month.

Wait...do you live in NY? Your coverage book may be outdated. IT is covered by the NYS Mandate for any employers who are not affiliated with a Catholic or relgious organization.

Wait...do you live in NY? Your coverage book may be outdated. IT is covered by the NYS Mandate for any employers who are not affiliated with a Catholic or relgious organization.
as long as the insurance is not self-funded (like unions)

Or a national company that doesn't have to follow state mandates. For instance, if you work for IBM....they won't necessarily alter their insurance state by state. There is an ACT that protects companies from customizing insurance plans state by state.
