Ya Ever Feel Like???
GIVING UP! 
I'm not there yet but I am starting to lose the WW ummmmphhh and motivation to continue to pack 14 pretzel sticks and try to snack later in the day to refrain from hunger and just pretty much watching everything I put in my mouth!

Of course!!! But I don't. Because if you always do what you've always done you'll always get what you've always gotten - that's one of my favorite ww sayings.
It is incredibly hard in the beginning but you just need a couple of weeks to make this a habit. Keep going, don't give up you are doing GREAT!
