We bought the Turtle one (but not from babystyle). It really does stay on for 45 minutes and DS loves his. He is fascinated by the stars and lights.

DD got the lady bug for Christmas and is fascinated by it! We put it in her crib when we put her to bed. It does stay on for 45 mins and I take it out of her crib before I go to bed.

We have had the turtle since DS was born but I haven't used it yet 
For those of you that have them, where do you put it? It says to place it in the middle of the room. Do you just leave it on the floor?

We put ours on DS's changing table which is against a wall off one side of the room and put it on top of a wipes canister just to raise it up a little bit. The reason they tell you the middle of the room and a certain height up is to get the best views of the constellations. In my son's room for instance, it is a small room, so the stars actually end up across the ceiling as well as down the walls. It really shouldn't matter unless you want to be able to point out exact constellation patterns. In our case though, our son just likes to look at the lights. HTH.
