If you want to share...how much weight did you gain when you were 25 weeks????

Ok, I have gained 18 pounds so far at 25 weeks. I feel terrible about this because I keep thinking I have at least 10 more (if not more) weeks to go. How did I keep the weight down?

I'm 26 weeks now but at 25 weeks I gained 11 pounds. I only weigh myself at the drs.

I'm 27 weeks and I've gained 22 lbs. My last pregnancy I gained 54 lbs so don't worry about it. It all comes off eventually.

I am 27 weeks and have gained about 12-14 lbs - I fluctuate...

I'm 27 weeks now and I've gained 40 pounds already!!! I was very petite to begin with so my dr said he was glad that I gained this much, but the point is everyone is different. Don't feel bad!!!

I don't mind answering, but you have to realize that we can't all be compared. If someone was underweight they may gain more and if someone was overweight, they might not gain as much...it all differs.

With that said, I am 25 weeks and have gained 20 pounds. Everyone tells me how small I am (belly wise) I think because I am tall I am carrying long. My doctor last night said she thought my weight gain was fine and to expect to stay within 10-15 pounds more...so I am thinking a pound a week for the rest of the way, but I am not going to change what I am doing...I think how and the amt I am eating is on target.

I am 24 weeks and have gained 14 lbs. You really can't compare because if you are on the small side, you can expect to gain more because you were slim to begin with.
My dr told me that with my first pregnancy to expect to gain a little more because I am slim.

At 25 weeks I had also gained 18lbs. It was right around that 20 week mark that the scale started to really climb like crazy because I really hadn't gained much before that.

Just do what you can as far as watching what you eat and stay active, but don't make yourself crazy (like I did in the beginning) because you will continue to gain and you need to for the health of the baby.

At my last appiontment I was 28 weeks and I had gained 17 Lbs. Don't worry you are doing fine!

Well i may not be of much help but i am 36 weeks and i gained 22 pounds. Dont remember what i was around the 25 week mark. Dont stress over it though. Its all for your little bean!!

At 25 weeks I was up about 17 lbs. I made a huge jump at that time by gaining about 7-8 lbs in 1 month. It really threw me for a loop. I am 32 weeks now and have gained about 27 lbs. I HATE getting weighed in.. that has been the worst part for me.

Last week at my 24 week checkup I gained a total of 16 lbs! Unfortnately, I'm on Total Bed REst which is not allowing me to burn off any calories with activity. At this point I really don't care how much weight I gain as long as my daughter is born healthy. According to the sonograms she already weights 2lbs, she's on the big side. But, we expected that because my son was a big baby.

At 26 1/2 weeks I gained 21 pounds. I think that to much. I had one big jump of 6 pounds or at least thats what the scale said, could have been wrong. I hope I dont gain too much more. - Shari
