Anyone ever fly with Sun Country??
Need some feedback please.
The airplanes seem fairly new and they just began service to West Palm Beach for dirt cheap!
Just wanted to know if anyone was ever stranded/service/promptness.
They fly to Cancun regularly & with Mexico being such a hot spot- I thought someone on here has to of tried them

I see someone's getting ready for her annual Easter at West Palm Beach trip!! Sorry hun, I've never heard of the airline.

Sun Country is based in Minnesota and our families have used them several times. It's a household name there.
They have only experienced a couple delays leaving NY (JFK) and those were during evening hours.
I believe you can upgrade to 1st class the day before or the day of the flight for a nominal fee, like $50-75 per person. My parents did that the 1st time they came to NY to visit us.
