Stomach virus/stiff neck
Ughh, I'm just so bummed  Went out last night with my friends for my Birthday and had to cut the night short because I had a wicked headache and started getting sick to my stomach.....needless to say, I wake up today and I feel worse and my neck hurts....like a dull aching pain in the back of my neck...it's so weird. I was supposed to go out with my boyfriend and a group of friends tonight....waited all week for this and now I'm too sick to go 
Needless to say, does this sound like the virus that's going around...any one suffering with neck pains and stomach issues? I am not actually getting sick...just feel really  . I don't know what the heck is wrong with me!!

Do you have a fever? Can you touch your chin to your chest (bending your neck forward)? If you have a fever or can't touch your chin to your chest I would go to the hospital....

No, I don't have a fever thank goodness but I'm freezing. I can bend my chin to my chest.....almost feels like a muscle pull...but it is a constant aching....I know, my mom was all worried about meningitis...but I don't think it's that...

That it is probably just the flu. If you dont feel better by tomorrow, I would make an appt. to see your dr.

I have never had the flu before, but it sounds like that's what you might have.
