Re: St. John the Baptist

I am unsure of the starting salary, but I know someone who has been teaching there for a few years. I can try to find out for you though. She loves it btw.

Re: St. John the Baptist

hum, mid forties isn't bad. Right now I am at 50K with NYC DOE but I have to drive 40 minutes in the morning and about an hour after school. I spend a lot in gas and there is a lot of "wear-and-tear" on my car.

I am not willing to work for 25K, but for mid-forties I would consider it.

So many decisions.....Chat Icon

Re: St. John the Baptist

I have a friend that teaches there part time, the other time she works for a Long Island School District. She is paid through the LISD, which I believe is approx. 45000 as a 1st year teacher with her masters.

I know a teacher that teaches there also. I'm not sure of salary. I make low 40's with a masters and I'm on year 7. I teach at a Lutheran school
