Extremely dry skin on my hands!
On my right hand, I have a strip of skin that is disgustingly dry. It goes across the knuckles on my hand and up to the first knuckle on my pinky, ring and middle fingers. No matter how much lotion I put on, it's still dry and cracked. It's also red and occassionally lookd like a prickly heat rash.
I couldn't get an appointment with my derm until next week. Any ideas as to what this can be and can you suggest a cream or lotion to put on it?

Sounds like it might be ezcema.
You could try aquaphor lotion, but I've found that a mild prescribed lotion from my Dr. always works best.

Do you wear powdered gloves? That's what happens to my hands from the powder.

I feel like my hands have aged so much since this started showing up

I have disgustingly dry hands from lots of handwashing ( i work in a hospital).
I reccomend neutrogena swedish formula hand cream. In the tiny little tubes. Its amazing

Hey Vanessa! 
This product has been a lifesaver for me this winter! I have had the WORST dry, cracked, and bleeding hands since I was about 13 years old. My hands haven't been this good in ages.
