Water Question!
I'm trying little goals this time instead of doing a big overhaul of my diet like I have in the past.
This week, I'm trying to work on getting in water and limiting my nestea intake to 1 glass a day (buying a 2L instead of 12oz cans has worked WONDERS this past week!).
However, I hate drinking just plain water. I know I can drink Crystal Light, and of course add lemon... but can anything else 'count' as water? Like my morning coffee or tea?
I want to get as much plain water as I can, but I just don't think I'm going to get 64 ounces of it.
TIA!

Re: Water Question!
I could be wrong, but I think that caffeinated drinks like coffee or soda actually count against your water intake. Like if you have a cup of coffee you should really have an extra glass of water to hydrate yourself. I don't abide by that, but that's what I've read.

Re: Water Question!
Water is my nemesis I seriously cannot get it down. My friend gave me some true lemon which is like a packet of crystals that flavors the water. Tastes like you put in a fresh lemon.

Re: Water Question!
have you ever tried drinking only water for a few days straight, like a week or more? I only drink water and I remember it being hard to get used to for a while but now I rarely drink anything else unless I'm needing caffiene, or want tea or coffee, etc. I guess what I'm saying is that I wonder if its something your body(tastebuds!) can get used to
