chest muscles
I have a really big chest (36 DDD), and I want to lose some of it. This is partly why I'm trying to lose weight. I'd also like to get firmer and less saggy. What exercises should I do, and what exercises should I avoid.
A few years ago I did a lot of chest presses and got built up, and my wedding dress didn't fit around the chest! It fit everywhere else, so I know it was just that I gained an inch or two in my chest. I don't want that to happen this time around. Any advice? Thanks!

Re: chest muscles
unfortunately, you cannot get firmer boobs by doing chest presses. you will build the muscle underneath, which will help lift them, but the breast itself is made up of fat, which you can loose from diet, cardio, and weights. if you have had large breasts and then sag, this is from loose, stretched skin.

Re: chest muscles
I'll take lift!
What exercises should I do? Chest presses and what else?
ETA: I guess when I meant firmer, I meant more lift. I don't actually have a saggy skin problem. My boobs are just lower than I want them to be. I assume losing weight will make them smaller, and weights will help lift them.

Re: chest muscles
push ups, flat bench presses, decline bench presses, dips-leaning forward.
