Sleeping tips?
My belly is getting in the way of my sleep!
Does anyone have any tips - I've tried the body pillow thing - but it's not that comfy.
I keep waking up on my back and I worry that is dangerous for the baby.
Help!

Re: Sleeping tips?
I used to LOVE sleeping - it doesn't work that well anymore - lol! I have found that if I lay slightly propped up on my back I sleep longer than on my side. Maybe that'll work for you too...

Re: Sleeping tips?
I sleep on my left side with a throw pillow - but I too always find myself waking up on my back. But I just go back to my side. I'm only 18 weeks and having trouble!

Re: Sleeping tips?
Omg - I WISH I could sleep on my back! Getting comfortable to sleep is truly becoming a challenge these days... and I have a really good mattress.
I have found that using a big stack of pillows (3) helps for a little while. Then I have to take one of those and shove it under my belly while I lie on my side. Sometimes putting the pillow between your legs helps too.
I think I'm going to have to sleep sitting up by the end of the pregnancy.
I feel your discomfort!!

Re: Sleeping tips?
I'm going through the same thing. My hips are also constantly killing me so I find myself tossing and turning all night!
I bought a Boppy wedge pillow (instead of the $$$ body pillow!) and it props up my belly and seems to help somewhat...no hip relief though. However, frequently it seems the baby is using it as a trampoline, so I have to pull it away!
Who knows when we'll get a normal night's sleep!?!
