I am nervous UPDATE

I am going to my general dr today bc my therapist recommended some anxiety medicine and I have reoccurring yeast infections for the past 4 years and I have tried every trick in the book. I wrote down everything but every time I go to the dr I feel fine and don't say what I intended to say .. I am such a wimp


I went to the DR last night who was so nice!!!! I had everything written down and he told me to email him when I get upset (which really calmed my nerves) and he gave me a RX for Xana and a full week of diflucan to try and kick this re occurinig yeast infection that wont go away. Thank you so much for your support

Any chance you can have a blood sugar problem? I think that that can bring on recurring yeast infections and i know it brings on anxiety.

I recently was diagnosed with hypoglycemia and the anxiety was so bad that I really thought I was going to end up in the hospital with a heart attack (no joke). Now that I have the hypoglycemia a little more under control the anxiety seems much better. I didn't have yeast infections but that can happen too with blood sugar issues - especially being that yours is persistent.

It might be something you want to check out.
