Re: meals under 15 grams of fat?
I try to make all of my meals under 15 g of fat (except when I eat out ).
You can use Lean turkey, chicken, beef, etc. Make sure you buy the lean and measure what you are eating. Go by the serving size on the package. i usually do between 4 and 5 oz at a meal and only allow myself one meal with meat.
Salad with FF dressing, 1 oz of cheese (you could even do 2 oz if you don't put chicken or anything else in it) and loaded with veggies.
Stir fry using lean chicken
Turkey burger with lean ground turkey
Veggie burger (I always buy them from the health food store, but I suppose you can make them).
Sometimes I'll put the burger on a wrap, add lettuce, tomatoe, cucumbers and once in a while mustard or FF dressing. I always use a whole wheat wrap. It's good!
Yogurt
I don't know exactly how much fat is in all of this stuff because I do WW and count the points, but you have to make sure you measure everything.

Re: meals under 15 grams of fat?
You're welcome! There are definately great meals out therewith much less than 15 g of fat. Try getting a WW cook book, even ifyou don't follow the recipies, at least you can get some ideas
