Spinoff to HIPPA--A HIPPA violater

My sister used to work in the chartroom of a major healthcare office that some of my family goes to. Once she left for a new job this one person that she worked with would try to contact her. My sister couldn't be bothered and ignored her. When my mom would go in for appts this person would leave notes on my mothers chart to have my sister call her. HIPPA VIOLATION #1. This girl harasses me to get into contact with my sister, left messages at my parents house where my sister doesn't even live, and most recently got a hold of my sisters cell phone number. How you ask...WENT IN HER CHART AND TOOK IT OUT FROM WHEN MY SISTER LEFT IT TO HAVE HER RECORDS TRANSFERRED.

Not only is this person a HIPPA violater, but shes also a flippin stalker!!!!
