Yummy!!!
Just put cupcakes and mini heart shaped cakes in the oven I'm trying out a large quantity recipe that I found--- and the batter is SO yummy!!! I can't wait for the cupcakes to come out so I can see how they are. I'm making my friend's 'cupcake cake' for his wedding in 2 weeks... kind of a last minute thing. If these are good then I'm getting strawberry filling and then a good icing that will travel well- b/c I have to travel from NY to MA and won't have a fridge to keep anything cold--- plus we're heading up there the day before his wedding.

Sure!!! Come on over! I just had DH's family test them out (w/o icing) and they all said they tasted like pound cake and no icing was needed... But I still need to figure out what to put on them-- they're supposed to look like a wedding cake so I was going to decorate them nicely...
