Closing Costs on Co-ops
Hello everyone! I'm new and this is my first time posting! I am purchasing a co-op and was wondering if anyone else has and what their closing costs were. Any help is greatly appreciated!

We were in the $4500-$6000 range. All closing costs are supposedly about 3%, so figure that much and then a little more to be safe.
ITA: It might have even been less, I can't remember.

i think i remember it being somewhere like 6-7k that was almost two years ago. i think it depends on how much you pay for the coop too. a certain % plus all the other fees associated with closings.

Ours were about $3500 - 4 years ago.
