Combos are not the same anymore
I used to love this growing up...not such a fatty snack and Loved eating them.Yummy!!
I HATE that they changed them!
There is seriously NO CHEESE in the middle. Its a pretzel nugget. Why bother selling the name "Combo"
I used to be able to suck the cheese out. Not anymore.
My favorite snack is not my favorite!

I love them, they are one of the foods I bring back to the UK with me when I am in the states. How can this be? Don't they know how much I love them. Whats wrong with this world. How sad.

Somtimes I wonder if Combos actually had more cheese than they used to, or if I just remember them being that way. Either way, now I want some!!

I agree... I also feel that Doritos was better when it didn't adapt the "extra extra" cheese... I MISS the old Doritos!

Though I don't like Combos, I feel your pain. A little part of my childhood died when they changed chocolate Twizzlers into crap recently.

Go to their website (Combos.com) and fill in your complaint on the Contact Us form. DH complained when Devil Dogs were "new and improved" and they must have gotten lots of calls because about 3 months later he got a letter saying they were changing them back! And he got coupons when he first complained and again when they changed them back.
Be sure to include contact info including mailing address for coupons and hopefully a notice that they are changing back.
I notice that they declare "no trans-fats" so that might have something to do with the change in formula too. There's a lot of pressure on the food industry to eliminate the use of all shortenings (aka Transfats).
